  23. I have found it to be a pain to get almost anything for Ryobi tools.  I like
  24. them, don't get me wrong.  But two recent items have caused me great pain:

  26. 1. I dropped my ROS, causing the sanding pad to bend, which in turn resulted
  27.    in a wobbly action.  Trying to get a replacement has been near impossible.

  29. 2. I bought a laminate trimmer, and wanted a template guide (listed in the
  30.    instruction manual).  Again, noone has them.
  31.  
  32. Basically, I'll have to go way out of my way to a place that will order them
  33. for me (won't take plastic over the phone - cash only, please) and wait
  34. several weeks.  Considering that so many places carry Ryobi (Sears and Home
  35. Depot, to mention two), you'd think that parts and accessories would be
  36. easier to come by.
