  14. If you aren't afraid to get your hands dirty look at the flea markets and
  15. yard sales.  I recently purchased a hand grinder for $2.50 (a steal) and 
  16. I see them frequently.

  18. I have had great success with mine.  Surprisingly enough you can get quite
  19. a few rpms with one that is in good shape.
