  12. I am interested in building either a counter-marche or counter-balance
  13. loom.  My preference would be to design it myself, but it would be
  14. nice to study other's plans before starting in order to understand
  15. various design advantages and drawbacks.  Can anyone recommend plans
  16. for such a project or books on loom construction?  Thanks!
