I too have been looking for plans for a chair of this type for the last year or so and have not found any plans. An office furniture retailer here in Detroit, MI had one on display that was made of laminated wood . This gave me some ideas on how to design and construct my own chair. Unfortunately, I have not created any designs that I could share with you. I plan to customize my chair to my measurements and fabricate some sort of rough prototype for comfort evaluation before committing to a final de
