  13. Perhpas the SLV is a shoddy series. My X55ME had the sound drop-out problem
  14. with its tuner, and I took it to the serviceman. It was hard to persuade
  15. Sony it was its problem, and 4.5 months after, I'm still waiting for spare
  16. parts. :-(  And there is no free number to call Sony here. :-(
