- Rf amplifiers just flat don't work! The problem is when you amplify the signal
- you are also amplifying the noise! You need to get to the source of the signal to
- properly amplify a signal, which you can't do on cable. You can however, if you are
- using a roof antenna. Get an amp that mounts on the antenna and power feeds up the
- cable.
