  21. When I bought my 2070 via Shoppers Advantage, I wanted to immediately
  22. exchange it for a 3070. They required a 15% restocking fee which I
  23. couldn't swallow. It seems like a decent service only if you purchase
  24. a "enough" items from them and are positive about the items you order.
