- Concerning the use of Dolby Pro-Logic on music (CD's for example).

- In some cases, however, music works very nicely under Pro-Logic. For
- example I just put in my Eric Clapton 'Unplugged' CD. I happened to
- have my system set up to do Pro-Logic. Much to my suprise, I found that
- instead of the normal 'mono-like' effect of playing music CD's with
- Pro-Logic, I got a beautiful imaging effect. Eric's voice was centered,
- but instruments were all around.
-
- This recording was taken off of his appearance on MTV's show Unplugged.
- Perhaps since they had originally broadcast it in surround, they mastered
- the CD the same way.
-
- Those of you who own this recording should give it a listen with pro-logic
- enabled.
