- Nope, won't even play. Two reasons why not: 1) if the tape is recorded using
- NTSC VHS recording speeds, the PAL VCR won't lock (different tape speed) 2)
- PAL VHS VCR cannot lock the drum to the NTSC speed of the drum.

- You will need a multi-standard VCR to play multi-standard tapes.
