  22. Nope, won't even play.  Two reasons why not: 1) if the tape is recorded using
  23. NTSC VHS recording speeds, the PAL VCR won't lock (different tape speed) 2)
  24. PAL VHS VCR cannot lock the drum to the NTSC speed of the drum.

  26. You will need a multi-standard VCR to play multi-standard tapes.
