  13. We'll be travelling in the south of France - by car - the last week of
  14. February  and the first week of March.  We will arrive in Nice by train and
  15. pick up the car there.  I would prefer to find accommodation in a town
  16. smaller than Nice - anywhere between Cannes and the Italian border - it
  17. does not have to be on the water...we don't mind venturing into the hills. 
  18. A pension or small hotel, moderately priced with private bath, is what
  19. we're seeking.  Actually, Cannes is my first choice  but I could be easily
  20. persuaded to try someplace else if a real gem is suggested.
