  15. Yes, it's true that many US auto rental companies won't rent to people under 25.
  16. There is a car rental company on the North Side of Chicago called Enterprise that
  17. is very good and rents to people over 23.  Th number (+1 312 880 5001).  Action
  18. auto also rents cars to people under 25.  I haven't used them, but their number
  19. is (+1 312 736 2727).  Enjoy Chicago, it's a great city.
