  11. I wish to rent a car in Chicago at a time when I'll be 24 11/12...
  12. I've heard that the rental companies charge an exorbitantly higher
  13. rate for those under 25.  Is this true?  Is there any way to "get
  14. around" this?  Are there any reputable companies that don't do this?
  15. Is this unfair age discrimination?
