- Food prices in Europe for many items are mcuh higher than in the US.
- So may be the drink which goes along with your sandwich unless you
- buy it in a store, not a cafe.
- And cafe/restaurant service charges are added on, usually at 15%.

- You probably should eat your main meal at midday in most places,
- not in the the evening. That's what Europeans usually, and therefore
- restaurants will have fixed price meals at noon more likely than in
- the evening. You'll save on those compared ot a la carte at night.
