  13. I'll be driving to Toronto sometime in February - weather permitting -
  14. and would like advice on the best route to take.  There is no clear
  15. direct route from Charlottesville (central Virginia).  I'm debating
  16. going up 81, and then across either Pennsylvania (I know about the
  17. speed limits) or upper New York state.  Any suggestions?
