  22. Small project in a classroom in Uruguay.

  24. Dear friends and colleagues,
  25.  
  26. I recently talked with 2 kids, Carolina 9 and Florencio 11, in
  27. Montevideo and we came to the idea that they would be delighted to
  28. build a small project in their classroom.  I agreed that I would ask
  29. friends and colleagues around the world to mail Carolina and Florencio
  30. a postcard from the area where they live.  They will pinpoint the
  31. origin of postcards on a map of the world and talk with their teachers
  32. about countries and places.

  34. So would you find 5 minutes and a few cents/pesos/schillings etc. and
  35. mail a postcard (preferably in an envelope, mail is not really perfect
  36. in Uruguay) to Carolina and Florencio?  This would make 2 kids and
  37. their classrooms happy and help them know the world a little better.
  38. If you wish to write a few words, they speak Spanish, some French and
  39. they can be helped with English.
