- Subject: Language problem in Europe
- Lines: 27
-
- Hi net-gurus,
-
- Here is the dilemma. We are planning a stopover in Europe enroute
- from India. I want to know how much of a problem language might pose
- over there. All I know is English and not a bit of any of the other
- European lingos. So, which cities should I avoid and which ones would be
- easier to travel in this case ? The cities that I possibly can visit
- include
- Paris, Amsterdam, Rome & Athens. (London not included ;-) )
- Another question : Which of these would you consider romantic ? For
- example, is Venice easily accessible from Athens etc.. ?
-
- Any information would be much appreciated.
-
- Thanks.
