  13. My favorite high-quality-for-low-to-moderate-price restaurant
  14. is Helmand.  It is outstanding Afghani food in elegant surroundings
  15. at very reasonable ($8.95-$10.95 entrees) prices.

  18. book and I just can't say enough good stuff about this place.
