  22. New Orleans? And Cheap? Those two words don't go together very well. Food-wise,
  23. if you're staying near the French Quarter, try down around the French Market
  24. area. There are a lot of dumpy places that have excellent food. Stay away from
  25. Bourbon Street simply because it's too expensive. Go there to party, not to
  26. eat if you're on a budget. Cheapest drinking? Street vendors on Bourbon St.
  27. Sounds like fun. Wish I could get down there again!
