  15. from San Jose to Sixoala via Limon.  This allows you to cross to
  16. Guabito in Panama.  From there one can easily get to Bocas del Toro if
  17. that is one of your Panamanian destinations.

  19. I would also add that both trips are on terrible roads and very hot.
  20. The AC on the buses from SJ to Panama almost never works.
