- Can someone post the exact rules for regluing. What is exactly banned?
- Is regluing itself banned or is it regluing *in the playing area* which
- is banned? Is regluing begore every match banned or is it regluing
- before every game?
- When I first read (on one of those Butterfly publications) about plans
- to ban regluing, one of the reasons advanced was the health dangers the
- glues posed for the players. The solution to this, of course, is to
- ban regluing *in the playing area* but not to ban regluing itself.
- Another reason advanced why regluing should be banned is the advantage
- it gave to offensive-type players. The solution is to ban regluing
- alltogether.
