  13.   Can someone post the exact rules for regluing. What is exactly banned?
  14. Is regluing itself banned or is it regluing *in the playing area* which
  15. is banned?  Is regluing begore every match banned or is it regluing
  16. before every game?
  17.   When I first read (on one of those Butterfly publications) about plans 
  18. to ban regluing, one of the reasons advanced was the health dangers the
  19. glues posed for the players.  The solution to this, of course, is to
  20. ban regluing *in the playing area* but not to ban regluing itself.
  21.   Another reason advanced why regluing should be banned is the advantage
  22. it gave to offensive-type players.  The solution is to ban regluing
  23. alltogether.
