  12. Yesterday (Wednesday 28th January 1993), FIFA announced it's
  13. intention to replace the throw in with the "Kick in". For people
  14. in Britain they might have seen Jimmy Hill on Sportsnight ranting
  15. on about it last night.

  17. What are FIFA on? Some form of drugs? Why don't they leave the
  18. game alone for a while. This kick in ideal will mean that you
  19. can get as good as a corner from anywhere on the touch line,
  20. and hoof the ball into the box even more.
