  14. 2002 and SOUTH AFRICA in 2006 are front-runners (in his view) to host 
  15. the next two WCs.

  18. tried in Australia Youth WC '93: if teams are tied after 90 minutes
  19. in a knock-out phase, there will be a 30 minute SUDDEN DEATH extra
