- Chelios is the biggest slimeball in the NHL. When he and
- Steve Smith are on the ice together there is no greater concentration
- of slime in the world (of hockey anyway). I really don't like to say
- this, but if Chelios got cheapshotted and came to serious injury, I
- wouldn't feel bad, which is something that I cannot say about anyone
- else in hockey (thank goodness).
-
- Selanne's goal was a very nice in your face play. For those
- who didn't see it, Teemu had to race down the ice to get redirect the
- puck into the empty net; the Hawks had pulled their goalie with the
- score 4-2 and less than a minute left. The goal extended Selanne's
- goal scoring streak to 8 games, which is by coincidence the length
- of the Jets winning streak.

- I hope the Jets get out of the Smythe and win the Stanley Cup.
- But then, you knew that already.
