       If you want to test out IRC, you can get into irc by simply telnetting
to  power.ee.ndsu.nodak.edu  oe  energy.ee.ndsu.nodak.edu  and giving the
username as irc

      If you want to compile your own program, you can get the distriburion
from cs.bu.edu by anonymous ftp.
