  48. Pity I couldn't pick Trumper or Clem Hill, but the top 5 are all noted for
  49. their ability to occupy the crease for long periods (as well as actually making
  50. runs during this time of course). If you were basing it on aesthetics, Trumper
  51. would (by all accounts) have been amongst the first picked (along with Allan
  52. Kippax). McCartney is another unlucky ommission.

  54. Harvey and Ian Chappell would also have been handy. If Chappelli was in the
  55. side, he'd be captain. As it is Benaud gets the nod because of his
  56. inventiveness.

  58. Bowlers who could have been picked would be Thommo, Grimmett, CBT Turner.

  60. Tallon, from what I have read, wins ahead of Grout and Marsh.

  63. Great book - unfortunately the only games where Queensland rates a mention are
  64. the ones where they find new and exciting ways to lose :-(.
