- I want to write some comments which I recollect on Gavaskar's
- batting. I'll be happy if anybody could identify the context of the
- comment.
-
- (1) Cometh the hour, cometh the man, the same man Sunil Gavask
- a collosus amid the ruins.Which was this innings , I am talking
- about. (Hint: It's from sportstar)
-
- (2) Oh! beautifully played backward of square on the off-side
- generous round of applause for Gavaskar, We saw Visvanath in the
- first innings, captain gavaskar himself now, a beatiful innings in
- trying conditions.(Whose comments are these, and where?)
-
- (3) Oh! Well bowled! that not only cut back as well as deceived the
- world's greatest run getter with the seam and movement, but it also
- hit the base of the stump. (which was this match & whose comments?)
-
- (4) That's it and it's out. Sunil gavaskar goes."It's a big bonus for
- England, The little man, the great man was looking very dangerous indeed for me , it's a surprise he's got out to a shot like that.
- Whose comments and which was the test?
-
- These are just to keep the name of gavaskar moving and nothing to
- test other's interest in Gavaskar. It's a pity that people have
- written comments comparing gavaskar to Vengsarkar and Amarnath.Such
- comments thoroughy expose the lack of knowledge in the game and it's
- useless to comment back on any such type of comments.
