  45. Let's sum up:
  46. * Duke, right now, is NOT #1.  Carolina is.  No anti-woofing, just right now
  47.   they're playing better than anyone else in the country.  (It hurts, but it's
  48.   true.)  Although it's also interesting to note that they've been polishing off 
  49.   teams coming off emotional games versus Duke.  (Includes FSU) (Hey, I couldn't 
  50.   leave it completely without a disclaimer...)  They are #1.
  51. * Cincinnati is NOT one of the teams I'd like to see come tournament time. 
  52.   They're for real.
  53. * Cherokee Parks is somewhat over-rated, but he's also under-used.
  54. * Bobby Hurley is the Duke team.  If you look back at the stats for all of Duke's
  55.   losses for the past couple years, the common factor is that Hurley had a bad 
  56.   game.
  57. * Duke did not play lousy against Kentucky.  That's what made Kentucky's
  58.   near-victory so remarkable: Kentucky played amazing (although I also still 
  59.   believe UMASS!!! got royally shafted by Lenny's T-foul call).

  61. Now, since everyone is sick of hearing about Duke, I'll crawl back into my hole
  62. and shut up.
