  16. Not Utah's style. They have proposed a 100% tax on condoms to

  23. A law is actually being proposed in the legislature that would limit
  24. tax deductions to 6 kids. It would save the state 2 billion dollars.
  25. Just think how many pumps that would buy for the Great Salt Lake.
