- I have a problem with a very narrow heel. Because my heel is so narrow,
- I tend to pull the straps very tight in an attempt to compensate. As a result
- my feet freeze! (I know, cold feet is God's way of tell you your boots don't
- fit)

- Would this help me? Many years ago I went through a similar procedure,
- because I have flat feet, but now all I have are the arch supports. Would this
- arch and heel help?
-
- BTW, for the last run or two of the day, I always make the boot good and
- tight, even if my toes are about to fall off. The feeling of control that
- I get from this is terrific! But I know of someone who did this a few weeks
- ago, and one of his feet stayed numb for days afterward.
