- Unless you take a skid school course (which most of us haven't), the first
- thing you should do when you start skidding is "hide your foot".
- The biggest problem with people in a skid is panic. If you hit the
- brakestoo hard, you lose total control. If you hit the gas too hard,
- you're going to kill someone.

- If you have taken a skid school course, then there are probably many more
- things to do, but for the average Joe/Jill, Hide Your Foot, and turn the
- wheel LIGHTLY in the direction your back end is going. DONT PANIC !
