  13. The Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center in Breckenridge, CO also
  14. deserves mention.  Breckenridge annually hosts the Ski Spectacular
  15. in mid-December.  This year, over 600 disabled skiers registered
  16. for the week-long event.

  18. BOEC has a staff of about a half-dozen paid staff, 9 full-time interns,
  19. and several dozen volunteers.  They offer substantially discounted 
  20. full-day private instruction - about $65/day.
