- The Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center in Breckenridge, CO also
- deserves mention. Breckenridge annually hosts the Ski Spectacular
- in mid-December. This year, over 600 disabled skiers registered
- for the week-long event.
-
- BOEC has a staff of about a half-dozen paid staff, 9 full-time interns,
- and several dozen volunteers. They offer substantially discounted
- full-day private instruction - about $65/day.
