  11. Greetings all,

  13. I recently blew out my ACL and went to see a well recomended Orthopedist.
  14. He informed me that that particular ligament can heal itself, and 
  15. barring cartlige damage shouldn't require surgery.  
  16.  
  17. I just wanted to get the net.opinion on this statement.  Has anyone
  18. else done this and successfully recovered without surgery?

  20. I'd appreciate any info that can be provided.
