- Yes there is....look on page 28 of the BSA advancement procedures
- booklet; page 112 in the Scoutmaster's Handbook; page 7 in the Boy
- Scout Requirements booklet; and on page 597 in the current Boy Scout
- Handbook. In *all* cases, the statements are EXACTLY the same and is
- the same statement that I wrote several postings back.

- ...for the first palm and 3 months each after each sucessive board. I
- thought that my long posting took care of this.... There is also a
- leadership requirement and the Scout Spirit and Scoutmaster Conference
- requirements as with all BS advancement.

- 1973-1978 where it took _24_ merit badges for Eagle in which case it
