- 568 authorizes "restricted" speed. BY DEFINITION, that means slow
- enough to stop short of a train, broken rail, switch not properly lined,
- or other obstruction. Sometimes includes "not exceeding <mumble> mph
- in any case". typical values of "mumble" are 15 mph or less. (Convert
- to KPH to suit... 8)>>)
