- I have an old (circa 1925) Music Master Model 60 Broadcast Receiver
- that I wish to sell to an interested individual. This unit was
- retrieved from my grandfather's house after his passing. I assume he
- was the original owner. He was a General Electric engineer in
- Schenectady's Electrical Lab for many years (probably 20's thru 1960).
-
- The unit mfg'd by Music Master Corporation. It has the original
- owners manual. As far as I can tell it is complete. I have not
- attempted to operate it since it is wired for various high voltage
- batteries. There is a tag which certifies the unit was calibrated and
- successfully received one of the original AM broadcast stations (I
- believe around Phila, PA).
-
- The exterior of the unit is somewhat weathered. By the way, the basic
- description is: wooden cabinet with a hinged top lid. Dimensions
- approximately 20" wide x 9 " tall x 8" deep. The front panel has
- three large tuning knobs, a headphone jack, and several smaller
- controls.
-
- If you want it, I am sure we can negotiate a price agreeable to you.
- Buyer pays the shipping, please. Send your offers/inquiries to the
- e-mail address below.
-
- Thanks, Bruce KD2CZ
