  19. Hey, don't blow your whole wad in one place.  I would recommend 
  20. instead that you spend no more than 10 bucks on a good used receiver
  21. and that way you'll have enough left over for a decent antenna
  22. system and maybe even a teletype reader or some computer control
  23. software.  :-)
