  29. Are contrary opinions allowed?  I thought it was a load of old rubbish :-)
  30. The only reason for calling it Endurance is that this is what it takes on
  31. the part of the reader to finish the thing.   People must like these QST
  32. stories, they publish them so often, but I find them a real waste of paper.

  34. Nothing personal against the author, I'm sure it was a good example of its
  35. type, I just get no thrill from reading this type of thing in QST.  But then
  36. I have no poetry in my soul.   I'd rather be forced to read the sectional
  37. reports in the fine print at the back.  And the same goes for the "how my
  38. dog learned CW and saved my life" articles too.
