  28.     Mike, don't you have something better to do than collect 
  29.     a list like this?  Having more folks in the ARS serves us
  30.     all and whether or not they can operate a particular mode
  31.     ought not to make a subclass of them.  My advice?  Either
  32.     make a list that pokes fun at everyone (ie all license class)
