- The all-manual FM-2n is still in production, but the cost is 2 or 3 times
- the K1000 new. Also see discontinued Nikons like the FM, which can be had
- used for approximately the cost of a new K1000.

- All of the above have TTL metering, meaning you get a needle (or LED or
- whatever) indication in the viewfinder and adjust shutter speed and/or f/stop
- appropriately.
