  21. The Canon EF 1.4x will not fit this lens. The Tamron will (as will Sigma,
  22. Vivitar, Tokina, but I think the Tamron is better). Autofocus will
  23. almost certainly not work. Even if it does it will not be reliable.
  24. For an f2.8 lens with a 1.4x you will get an effective f4.
