  12. Do not order any thing from FOTO CELL of NYC!

  14. I ordered some Tiffen filter from them and a Canon lens.  In 7 days, the lens
  15. and one of the filters came.  There is a wrong filter in the package.  I had to
  16. send back for replacement.  I put in writing that this filter was wrong and
  17. must be replaced.  10 days later, the same wrong filter came to me again and I
  18. have to send it back.  I put in writing that I do not want to buy these filters
  19. from them and would like to get refund for the remaining items.  It has been
  20. two months since my last letter.  I called them more than 5 times and ask for
  21. refund.  They always told me to wait for another week and the back-ordered
  22. filters will come.  Nothing ever came.  The shippings plus the phone calls is
  23. getting out of control.  FOTO CELL sucks!  Very Badly!  I still have more than
  24. $75 in their hands.  What can I do?  BTW, I charged to my Discover card.  The
  25. Discover card representatives told me to write letter to FOTO CELL and did not
  26. know anothing else to do.  Discover card is helpless!
