  16. If you have reasonable dexterity, there is absolutely no reason to get
  17. the solutions on your hands. Film you develop in a tank. Prints, which
  18. you will probably tray develop, should be handled with tongs.

  20. Accidents do happen, but if you rinse your hands immediately after any
  21. contact with developer, you should have no problems unless you have a
  22. really bad allergy.
