- Hi,
- Suppose I hand hold a filter (eg soft focus) in front of a
- lens instead of screwing it on. Now, if my hand holding the
- filter happens to shake, will the final image be less sharp
- than if I had screwed on the filter? Assume the camera is on
- tripod and the filter diameter is much larger than the lens.
- Also, does it make a difference if the filter is held very
- close to the lens (small gap ~ 5mm) or at some distance
- away from the lens, say 10-15mm ? Thanks in advance.
