  24. Tiffen makes very nice P-series graduated ND filters and graduated
  25. color filters.  The Tiffens are high quality glass filters and should
  26. easily beat the pants off of Cokin filters.
  27. Concencus seems to be that Cokin ND filters tend to have a color bias
  28. and are not truly ND.  If you like the slight color, that's fine; but
  29. the name suggests that it is supposed to be neutral.
