  23.           Photos due by February 28th, 1993

  25.     The ballots are in and voting is closed.  Theme #93-1 will be
  26.     Winter scenes.  The deadline for submission of photos for this
  27.         theme is February 28th in my post office box.  This gives everyone
  28.     approximately five weeks to produce and submit a photo.  This is
  29.         ample time if you get going on it  (If you live in Europe, however,
  30.     you may have to move quickly).

  32.     Maximum size for submissions is 8X12.  This allows for full-frame
  33.     enlargement from 35mm negatives.   Slides are allowed.

  35.     This is important:  Mark your photos (on the back is fine, make
  36.     sure you use indelible ink) as follows:
  37.     "(C)Copyright 1993 by <Your name here>.  All rights reserved."
  38.  ***    Photos require this copyright notice to be circulated.

  40.     Also indicate whether or not you wish to have your picture
  41.     digitized and made available on the net. (I will only digitize
  42.     pictures digitized if I have explicit permission)

  44.     A mailing list will be composed with the names and addresses of
  45.     all photo submitters in the order that the photos were received.
  46.     Please make sure that you include your mailing address with your
  47.     photo(s) and that it is legible.

  49.     The portfolio will circulate to all submitters in the order that 
  50.     they were received.
