  10. My 9 month old golden female also loves the tub, especially showers.  Many
  11. times I've had to kick her out of the shower in the morning - she'll just
  12. nonchalantly nudge the curtain out of the way and hop in like she owns the
  13. place.  It was so funny the first dozen or so times she did it that it has
  14. become difficult to break her of the habit.  During a visit, my 70 yr. old
  15. aunt nearly had a cardiac when an unexpected visitor hopped in the shower
  16. for a visit.  Another thing too is that dogs know that the tub is a cool place
  17. to lie down when they're hot.

  19. Strange thing is, my dog definitely dislikes getting a bath.  It's probably
  20. because she senses when she can go in the tub and frolic on her own as
  21. oppossed to being forced into the tub and made to stay there for a while.
