- I couldn't agree more! If you think you're lazy or over-confident
- (for example, do you think you can recall a bitch on heat?), you
- should by all means have your dog "fixed."

- As a side not, I amazed how many parents let their toddlers walk next
- to a busy road without holding their hands. In many cases dog owners
- seem more responsible.
