- The pound is often wrong about these things. Your dog is more likely a
- *sheltie* mix (shelties look just like little collies). Shelties are
- renown for taking special joy in barking. Sheltie owners often refer to
- this a "talking". If you and your neighbors don't look at it this way
- you can try a variety of electronic devices that discourage barking.
