- We have a store here in Calgary called The Cat House and
- they sell pieces of honeysuckle branches (the branches/trunks of the
- trees are sawed to the shape of thin disks). My two cats go
- absolutely crazy for it. It has a completely different affect
- than catnip -- they lick the branches and slobber all over (gets
- the drool flowing) while rubbing the branches. It makes them
- very affectionate -- but they attack the honeysuckle with the
- same zeal as when they go after catnip. If your cats seem to
- go psyco on catnip, try honeysuckle for a less violent cat-high.
