- Why not join him sometime and find out?

- Applaton, Muffin, Tobycat and I sometimes watch birds together, check up on the
- squirrel activity or keep up with neighbourhood cats and racoons, or migrating
- geese and ducks, in this urban suburban neighbourhood.
-
- In the warmer weather, Applaton avidly watches the local programme, The Garden
- of Eden. This airs daily, as Mr. Eden, our next door neighbour tends his garden
- and maintains his property diligently for hours at a time. Applaton will move
- from window to window, as Mr. Eden goes from cleaning his downspouts in the
- front yard, to cultivating vegetables in the back garden.
-
- With the heavy snow cover, reduced outdoor activity, and the draft, our cats
- spend very little time in the windows in the winter, though they have the same
- access to the windows. Yesterday, however, there was a special winter install-
- ment of The Garden of Eden, as the neighbour hung a birdfeeder in his backyard.
- Applaton was right there, and stayed riveted with interest till the final
- credits scrolled by.
-
- What do other folks' cats see?
